These Terms of Use govern your use of dinkpickleball.com (the “Website”), operated by Dongguan Xinshuo Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd., trading as DinkPickleball (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by sending spam or malicious code, trying to gain unauthorized access, scraping it in a way that disrupts its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Product information and quotes
Product descriptions, photos, specifications, lead times and shipping times on the Website are for general information and may change without notice. Colors and finishes may look different on screen. A quote is not an offer to sell. An order is only binding once both parties have confirmed it in writing, for example through a signed proforma invoice or purchase contract, and the specific terms of that order (price, specifications, quantities, payment, delivery and warranty) take precedence over anything on the Website.
3. Designs and files you send us
You keep ownership of the logos, artwork and designs you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that producing products from them will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use them only to prepare quotes, proofs, samples and your orders.

The text, photos, videos, graphics and logos on the Website belong to DinkPickleball or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners.

The Website links to third-party websites and services, such as social media platforms, video hosts and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
