Size: 398mm*200mm is the regular size. The thickness is 10 mm-14 mm, which can be customized according to the customer’s requirement. Customized according to customer needs.

Core material: PP core, Nomex core, Aluminum core and wood
The best seller material is fiberglass + PP core, if you prefer the higher quality, you can choose Fiberglass + Nomex core, carbon fiber + PP core, Carbon fiber + Nomex core, the price will be higher than fiberglass + PP core.
Weight: 200g-240g according to your needs

Printing Technology for Your Pickleball Paddles

You may choose 7 different methods to customize pickleball paddles, UV printing, Diamond texture, 3K woven texture, Edgeless, High tech rough surface, Sandpaper oil-covered rough face, or Carbon fiber raw material rough face. UV printing tends to be a bit more economical and designs are a bit more simple. Payment and Pre-production sample

PAYMENT: 40% deposit is required when placing the order, you can check the goods in our factory before delivery, and we also can take pictures and videos for your quick view, then arrange the delivery after paying off the balance of 60%.

Paddle Material

Pickleball paddle material is varied. The original pickleball paddle is made of wood, it is the heaviest. With the development of pickleball skills, the most commonly used face material is carbon fiber and fiberglass. The core material is aluminum core, Nomex Honeycomb Core, and Polymer (PP) Core. As the aluminum is not so soft, when a ball hit it heavily, the hole is not easy to recover. so it is not so popular although it is strong and lightweight.

Wood

Face Material 1 - Carbon / Graphite

The carbon face is also named Graphite. The raw material is black, this material is lighter weight, and it’s regarded as the more premium material in the pickleball market.

Face Material 2 - Fiberglass / Composite

The fiberglass face is also named Composite. The raw material is white; It’s heavier than carbon material, some pickleball players prefer its heavier weight, which brings a better feeling and more power.

Face Material 3 - Kevlar
