This Privacy Policy explains how DinkPickleball (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit dinkpickleball.com (the “Website”), request a quote or contact us.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by Dongguan Xinshuo Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd., trading as DinkPickleball, a pickleball paddle manufacturer located at Fugang, Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. For any privacy question or request, email sales@dinkpickleball.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a quote or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message. If you email us, chat with us on WhatsApp or WeChat, or send us design files, we receive the information and files you choose to share, such as your company name, phone number, logos, artwork and order requirements.
Information sent with forms. When you start filling in a form, the Website looks up your IP address and its approximate location (country, region and city) through the IPinfo service and submits them with your form. We use this to understand where an inquiry comes from and to reply in the right time zone. We do not use it to identify your exact location.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and security software record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. With your consent where required, we also use cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes, samples and proofs.
- To manufacture, pack and ship your order and to provide after-sales support.
- To send you information you have asked for about our products and services.
- To measure and improve the Website and our advertising.
- To keep the Website secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (quotes and orders), our legitimate interests (running and securing our business and Website), your consent (analytics and advertising cookies) and legal obligations.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Website hosting and email delivery: our hosting provider stores the Website and form submissions, and our email service delivers form notifications to our sales team.
- IPinfo: provides the IP address and approximate location lookup described in section 2.
- Google: Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Fonts and embedded YouTube videos.
- Microsoft Clarity: analytics that records how visitors use pages (clicks, scrolling and page interactions) so we can improve the Website.
- CookieYes: stores your cookie consent choices.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you start a chat using the WhatsApp button, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Alibaba Cloud: hosts the virtual factory tour shown on the Website.
- Logistics providers: receive the delivery details needed to ship your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:
- Necessary cookies that make the Website work and remember your cookie choices.
- Analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity that help us understand how the Website is used.
- Advertising cookies from Google Ads that measure whether our ads lead to inquiries.
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the Website may then not work properly.
6. International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your home country. Where the law requires it, we take steps to make sure your information remains protected, for example by relying on our service providers’ standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and order information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards for as long as needed to handle repeat orders, warranty questions and legal, tax and accounting requirements. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
8. How we protect information
The Website is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry and order information is limited to staff who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also ask what personal information we have collected about them; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in California law. To make a request, email sales@dinkpickleball.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Links to other websites
The Website links to other websites and social media pages, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
